The Library as City Center

Stephanie Limmer, the Director of the Kennebunk Free Library shared this link with Maine's library community today, passed to her by her Town Planner.  It's a blog aimed at Planning Commissioners and the like, and this entry focuses on the role libraries play in their communities, particularly in downtown areas.  It's really a great read and it points to many other articles on related topics.
